Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan’s has recently linked peaceful resolution of Kashmir dispute with disarmament of his country’s nuclear program. Islamabad’s new nuclear doctrine has grave global implications for a country whose list of the enemies goes much beyond neighbouring India.
